Alternator Conversion Kit Fits Ford 2n 9n 8n

Updates older 6-volt tractors to 12-volt charging system. For 9N, 2N, (early 8N 1948-1951) with Front Mount Distributor (distributor is right behind radiator), to serial number 263843. Kit includes rebuilt unicharge alternator with pulley and self exciting regulator, resistor, 12 Volt coil, wiring harness, top alternator bracket, alternator base bracket, alternator adjusting arm, belt, and instructions. Note, using the brackets in this kit may require trimming of the conduit your spark plug wires run through. Many tractors no longer have this conduit. Will not work if you have a magneto.
